SPRING 2005 NEWS & EVENTS: April 14:    Dr. John Wingard will be giving a presentation on his Ethnographic Field School in Belize at our next club meeting (April 28). For more information, be there!    At the club's May 12 meeting, Dr. Karin Enstam will show slides and tell stories of the time she spent in Kenya.    Our final club get together/party of the year will be held on Thursday May 19 in the Anthropology Department office from 11:30am-1:30pm to celebrate our graduates and the end of another great year! April 7 Meeting was postponed to April 14.    At this meeting, we will discuss a future slide presentation Anthro Club advisor Karin Enstam will be giving of photos from her time in Kenya. March 17:   The pizza party was a success. There were a few new faces and we even ran out of pizza.   The Anthro Club raised $50 at our last bake sale and will match that amount to donate to Plan USA.   Have a fun safe spring break everyone! Hope to see you at the next club meeting! March 3:   During our March 3rd meeting, we elected new officers. Congratulations to these Anthro Clubbers! We look forward to a fun and productive semester.   The club has decided to hold a couple of pizza parties and a graduation party this semester, so make sure to check the schedule periodically for dates and times.   We have also discussed a few field trips, so come join us to share your input on planning future club trips.
