Just as gaining admittance into medical school has gotten tougher over the years, so has gaining admittance into dental school. This means that dental school is no longer the "haven for medical school dropouts," that it used to be. Today, any student planning on entering one of our nation's dental schools should have a GPA of at least 3.2 as well as a DAT score of approximately 18. Hopefully this page will help you to gain admittance into dental school or at least help you decide if this career path is one you want to follow.
