April 29, 2000 - In addition to SSU's 3 All-USLIA players, three more Cossacks were honored nationally with Academic All-USLIA status. In order to qualify for academic honors, a player must be a league all-star and maintain a 3.2 GPA or better. Brett Flynn has a GPA of 3.63. Ryan Horn has a GPA of 3.75 and is attending USC's School of Dentistry in the Fall. Nick Sherrell has a GPA of 3.81 and will be studying in England for the 2000-2001 academic year.
