April 1, 2000 - The Sonoma State University lacrosse team put together its most impressive win of the season by jumping out to a 6-0 start against Stanford then held the Cardinal to just two goals as the Cossacks rolled to a 15-2 win. The Cossacks were lead offensively by Jerrod Waller who scored 3 goals and had 4 assists. M.J. Crickmore (2g/3a) and Ben Alexander (4g) also added some scoring power as goalie Pat Ferguson made some spectacular saves, allowing only two to get by. The game ball was awarded to Waller for his performance.
